If you are an existing customer of Highlands Fiber Network and you would like to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program simply follow these steps.

If you qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program, you must first be an active Highlands Fiber Network customer before we can enroll you and apply your discount. After your fiber Internet has been installed and is active, return to this page and follow the four steps.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The ACP provides a $30 monthly service discount per qualifying household.

Step 2: Register with the National Verifier

If you're eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program, you can go to ACPBenefit.org to submit an application or print out a mail-in application. You must do this step and receive approval before we can enroll you in the program.

Step 3: Confirm Eligibility

After confirming your eligibility with the National Verifier, simply return to this page and provide the necessary information for us to enroll you and apply your $30 monthly discount.

Step 4: Apply Discount

Once you have been approved with the National Verifier and provided Highlands Fiber Network with the necessary information, we will take it from there! We will complete the final steps on our end and enroll you in the program.
